First time eco printing experiments on naturally dyed fine wool which takes plant dye well, although slightly blurred outlines due to the fine mesh. Wool was previously dyed in either Comfrey, Rosemary, or Rosehip.

Scarf Blurred Leaves Coreopsis and Black Hopi Seeds  - 

Fine wool pre-dyed with Rosemary or Comfrey.  New Ahmisa silk ends added.

Two eco print sessions for this scarf.

Images below of 2nd over-eco print on fine wool scarf and new eco print process of matching Ahimsa silk end borders, using same Coreopsis and Black Hopi Seeds.  The flower and seed match worked well, with the Ahimsa silk background being slightly different in tone.  The shiny contrast ends look great.
