Wild Thyme Dye and Modifiers

WILD THYME MAKES A MID STRENGTH SALMON PINK after soaking silk in heated dye water.

The pink comes out of the dried flower heads on soaking, and further after simmering.  Dye mix responds to modifiers in different ways, making wild thyme a very useful dye plant.

TEST MODIFIERS:  Results showed me to use Citric Acid for stronger pinks. CA was added to Willd Thyme dye jar.
